The Relax, Release & Breathe Retreat is here! This year, after all we've been though, it will be the most amazing experience to connect with other women again, experience a wine tasting together, have an invigorating massage, in addition to attending three whole days of engaging and life-changing group coaching sessions. (Oh! Shhhh! Can somebody say, Party Bus!)

This year's retreat is being held on May 13-15, 2022 and it's more than anything you ever thought you needed. In fact, it promises to literally allow you to exhale while simultaneously giving you breath.

Retreats are full of incredibly, fun moments. They are like girlfriend sleepovers with all the feels of togetherness, laughter, tears and tissue. Retreats are also like an exfoliating tub bath, full of exactly what you need to get rid of all the stuff that no longer serves you.

In light of present-day concerns, trust that your health and safety will be utmost in our minds. We will have tight COVID protocols, providing admittance only after ALL attendees test and obtain negative PCR test results (no more than one day prior to May 13th) from a COVID-19 testing site.* All documents will be verified and approved. Everyone will wear PN95 or N95 masks, including the hosts themselves. Ours is an intimate setting, so seats are limited!  Distancing will be incorporated into all activities.
